What can be returned
ArtTale Gallery accepts returns of unused, undamaged merchandise (excluding those defined in "What cannot be returned" section below)
in their original package for
a full refund of purchase price (except shipping) within 3 days from the merchandise delivery to the customer. All original tags and packaging must not be removed and all additional materials and gifts if they come
in the package have to be returned as well. Shipping is not refundable and return shipping is also a responsibility of the customer.
Please note that only products purchased through www.arttale.com will be accepted for return.
What cannot be returned
No returns on:
• custom pet portraits. I am working with customers for a long time before even starting the drawing to make sure I meet all their wishes and create
the best pet portrait for them. This is a custom service and there is no refunds for that.
• on originals - original paintings, drawings, ACEOs, etc.
• on sale or discounted items.
• on As-Is, Custom and Special Order merchandise.
• after 3 days from the items receipt by the buyer.
• for used or damaged merchandise or merchandise with missing or detached original
tags and/or package.
Return Authorization
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require my prior authorization.
Please email me at oksana@arttale.com with
the subject 'RETURN' to arrange return before returning any product.
Please include the following information in your email to request a return:
• Name and Address where items were shipped
• Name and Address of person paying for the order (if different)
• Date ordered
• Date received
• Product you would like to return and quantity
• Reason for return
All returns must have be pre-arranged. Any items returned without it will be refused.
Return shipping fees
Regrettably, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
