Pet Portrait Artist - taking commissions worldwide!

My name is Oksana Bunch and I live in Washington state in the United States. I have loved drawing and painting since a small child but not until now I have decided to pursue a career of full time animal pet portrait artist.

I have been working on many different subjects including flowers, landscapes, still life for a while but I have soon realized that drawing and painting animals and especially cats and dogs provides me with the biggest enjoyment.

Three kitties are members of my own family. One of them we rescued from a shelter, the other was picked up next to a street garbage can, and the last one came to our home himself. A German shepherd puppy Yana has joined us almost a year ago. She'sn such a bundle of fun and energy! All our pets are beautiful creatures and I'm glad they are with us. They lighten our home with their presence, and also they are wonderful models for my artwork :)

I am drawing and painting animals with graphite and colored pencils trying to capture their expressive nature in both realistic and abstract formats.
